Accounts and Medical Aid Administrator
Join Our Rural Family Practice Team
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Accounts and Medical Aid Administrator to join our established family medical practice. We are using Good X software.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, technology, and administrative processes, and who takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Debtors and accounts management, including debt collection
• Medical aid claim follow-up
• Financial administration and record keeping
• Supplier accounts and payments
Requirements
• Excellent computer skills,
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Comfortable following up on outstanding accounts and communicating professionally with patients and medical aids.
• Highly organized and systematic
• Honest, trustworthy, and professional
• Able to work independently
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, finance, or medical administration will be advantageous e.g. Good X, Sage, QuickBooks
