IMPORTANT COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Robinson International Board of Directors is saddened to announce the sudden death of our Founder and CEO, Mr John Bryan ROBINSON.

Bryan founded the company in 1982 after having successfully worked in the Merchant Navy and as CEO of Caleb Brett which he managed for many years.

Bryan built the company that now operates worldwide in over 75 countries with its head office in the UK. The major operations centers are in the US, Canada, Panama, Zambia and the DRC.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Bryan was a man who loved to spend time with his grand-children and the rest of the family.

The board want to thank Mr. Peter Mc CLUSKEY who has done enormous work during this difficult time of succession and helping to make the decision with the company that we have come to.

It is now time to announce that we as a company are going to move into a new era and have appointed Mr. “Jack” Xavier de LONGUEVILLE to become the new CEO for the company.

We wish him well in his new position.
