According to the antenatal card, the lady is 18years old. Due to some disputes arising from the man's refusal to marry her, the lady's family decided to reduce her age to 15yrs old and reported the matter to the police. This phenomenon is called "framing". The age of consent is 16 years. I am not in any support of child defilement or pe******ia. The good doctor seems to have been reasonably framed. Age determination by bone X-ray and NRC will help the good doc. Unfortunately that may be too late as his reputation would have already been scraped off then.
