As part of our commitment to strengthening safeguarding and child protection within our communities, members of the Safeguarding Club recently visited Blissful Minds Wellness Centre for an enriching learning experience.

While Bauleni Special Needs Project is privileged to have a dedicated psychologist on site, the Safeguarding Committee recognized the importance of exposing club members to other mental health professionals and specialized services. This initiative aims to equip them with broader knowledge and practical insights that will help them become effective safeguarding and child protection advocates in their communities.

During the session, the team at Blissful Minds Wellness Centre engaged the members on critical topics including the effects of drug abuse, the impact of peer pressure, and the importance of making informed life choices. The participants also learned about the different types of therapies available and how mental health services can support individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the professionals at Blissful Minds Wellness Centre for their warm welcome, valuable expertise, and dedication to promoting mental well-being. Together, we continue to empower young people with the knowledge and skills needed to create safer, healthier, and more supportive communities.
