Ye kahani puri tarah achchhi ghatnaon par aadharit hai.
This story is based entirely on true events. 🪷

This is the first chapter of a 6-part series.

For some girls, the lesson comes early:
Your voice is a threat. Your boldness is dangerous. Your questions will cost you love.

That's not parenting. That's patriarchy. And it doesn't arrive with chains. It arrives with words.

Quiet girls get loved. Loud girls end up alone.

I used my daughters' videos in this reel to show you something : how old I was when I learned to shrink. Before I ever learned who I actually was.

And to show you this: I'm breaking the cycle. For them. For me. So this doesn't become their story too.

Because they are the reason I finally woke up. They are the reason I'm telling mine.

They will never know the version of me who stayed quiet. They are being raised by a woman who fought like hell to find her voice. Not one who lost it and passed down the silence.

This took me nearly a month to share. To find the words. And still - I'm not an open book. The darkest parts die with me.

But this part? The part that can hold a mirror for another woman?

This part I'm releasing. For the collective. Coz I know I'm not the only one who has suffered under patriarchy.

So here's my hand. Take it if you need it. ❤️ We break the cycle one woman at a time. 🌷

Now I invite you to be courageous (and vulnerable) :⚡
At what age did you first learn to shrink? What were the rules growing up?

Now for Part 2, I'm not fully there yet. I'd share soon. Send more courage my way. May we all breakfree, my loves. To sisterhood ⚡ 💕

Part 2 :

I’m not questioning a culture because I dislike it.
I’m speaking from lived experience.

I walked this path for over a decade… and I remember the very first thought I had after marriage -
“This doesn’t feel right for me.”

Not because it’s wrong.
But because it wasn’t aligned with who I was raised to be.

I wasn’t raised to blindly obey.
I was raised to think, to question, to bring my mind and identity to the table.

And truthfully… I might not have stayed that long in misalignment
if I wasn’t carrying unhealed grief.

Losing my mother too early shaped me in ways I didn’t even realize -
it made me overgive, overadjust, and search for love in places
that were never meant to hold me that way.

That’s what trauma does.
It doesn’t just hurt you… it quietly rewrites what you’re willing to tolerate.

So this is your reminder -
heal.
Because you deserve a life where you don’t have to shrink
just to make others feel comfortable.

You don’t need to become less to be accepted.
You just need to become more of yourself.

And whoever can’t hold that?

They’ll adjust.

Respectfully.

Her Axis – Strength That Comes From Within.
I'm merging Day 1, 2 & 3 in today's post. 💫 🔥

This challenge is built around the axis—your inner line of strength, intuition, and self-trust. Not about proving power outwardly, but about grounded, embodied confidence: stability, choice, presence, expansion.

That’s exactly what I’m living today. The timing of this challenge? Aligned. 😉😎

too sensitive for the world,
too questioning for the rules,
too aware to stay asleep—
this isn’t a flaw.

Some lives aren’t designed for ease first.
They’re designed for clarity.
The detours, the losses, the moments that stripped you—
they weren’t random.

They were shaping your nervous system, your discernment,
your capacity to stand alone without abandoning yourself.

Not everyone is meant to blend in.
Some are meant to live honestly,
even when it costs them comfort.

If this resonates,
you’re not behind.
You’re becoming.🤍

What happens after healing completes?

Entering 2026
After the healing phase ends

This reel isn’t about arriving somewhere.
It’s about what happens after something truly ends.

I spent years believing peace would come once life looked a certain way—
once things were settled, secure, impressive, or complete on the outside.

What surprised me was this:
peace didn’t wait for those conditions.
It came when the inner noise softened.
Not permanently.
Not perfectly.
But steadily enough to change how I move through life.

If you’re standing at the edge of an ending,
maybe you don’t need answers yet.
Maybe you just need to trust the space.

walking into 2026 with

Love & gratitude,
R

This space reflects how I live now. 🌸

Less performance.
Less borrowed language.
Less certainty offered for comfort.

I still practice yoga.
I still work with the body.
But I’m more interested in what the body reveals than what it achieves.

When I speak about spirituality or Kundalini, it comes from experience — not mythology.
I don’t rush to agree or deny traditional narratives.
But I can say this much:
what circulates on social media often carries more fear than truth.

For me, Kundalini is not spectacle.
It’s the nervous system slowly shifting from survival to safety.
A psychological reorientation —
from victimhood to embodied feminine truth.
An emotional reckoning.
And the gradual undoing of who you thought you had to be.

I don’t reject traditional teachings.
I just don’t stop at them.

I also speak about women—
not as an idea, but as lived reality.
About how we learned to shrink, self-censor, over-adapt,
and call it goodness.
About the “good girl” conditioning.
About the quiet suppression of the wild, intuitive feminine.

I don’t encourage fighting.
I encourage questioning — deeply, repeatedly.
So you can arrive at your own understanding,
with clarity and discernment.

This isn’t a space for “high vibes” or spiritual neatness.
It holds guilt, shame, grief, anger, desire, tenderness—
because liberation doesn’t come from bypassing discomfort.

I’m not here to teach awakening.
I share what I notice
as I learn to live more truthfully
in my own body and mind.

There’s no pressure to stay.
But if you’ve ever lived between worlds,
questioned the rules,
or felt like you didn’t quite fit—
this space may feel like home.

Love & gratitude.

-- Part 3: Do You Need A Guru On Your Kundalini Or Spiritual Journey --

We’ve been taught to look for Gurus outside ourselves…
but the real ones don’t demand to be found.

They don’t ask for your devotion.
They don’t build your dependency.
They don’t make you smaller so they can feel bigger.

A true teacher is the one who returns you to yourself -
your intuition, your softness, your power, your clarity.

And the moment you meet that kind of guidance,
your whole body knows.
Your nervous system relaxes.
Your soul exhales.
Your truth rises.

Real teachers don’t create followers.
Real teachers awaken leaders.

If this spoke to you, tell me in the comments. 🌿
