Go ahead — hold your finger under your nose and feel it. One side is stronger than the other, right?

This isn't a blockage. It's completely normal and it has a name — the **nasal cycle**. Your body automatically switches which nostril does most of the work every 2 to 7 hours, controlled by your nervous system.

The tissue inside your nose swells on one side to slow airflow while the other side "rests and recovers." Then they swap. Your body has been doing this your whole life without you even noticing! 🤯

**Why does it matter?**
Some researchers link the nasal cycle to brain activity, sleep cycles, and even your autonomic nervous system — the same system that controls your heart rate and breathing patterns.

CLUBFOOT is a condition that babies are born with. At birth feet appear inverted inwards and downwards. If you any children with feet like this send them to the nearest facility for treatment. This is preventable disability.

The placenta — that organ that feeds the baby — is largely driven by paternal (father's) DNA pushing for maximum growth and nutrition for the child.
