Table Charm Direct (SA) is a Direct Selling / Multilevel Marketing business.
There are 5 levels
1. Consultant
2. VIP Consultant
3. Network manager
4. Depot Manager
5. Distributor
Consultant
Joining is absolutely FREE As soon as you join you buy a Welcome Pack, the. Perfect business toolkit, for 40 rands, and complete a joining form, you become a Consultant. You will then get a reference number. That's the first level. You earn income from Profit on personal sales plus Sales Volume Rebate of 3-6% provided you do monthly sales of R1000+
A Welcome Pack is basically your office. It contains the Table Charm catalogue, a document with the earning structure, price lists and all the literature that will help you to start and grow your business.
VIP Consultant
When you recruit other Consultants you become a VIP Consultant. You qualify for recruiting bonus/rebate if you do at least 2 000 rands worth of sales for the month and at least 2 of your recruits each sell at least 1000+ rands . That's the second level.
Network Manager
When you have 5 or more recruits on level 1 doing monthly sales of R1000+ and you do at least 2 000 rands worth of sales for the month. You get from 10% for the 1st level recruits down to 1% for the 8th level. That's the third level
Manager
The 4th level is Depot Manager. When you and your recruits and their recruits together as a team of not less than 10 do total team sales of at least 25 000 Rands a month you become a Depot Manager. That's when you receive stock on your doorstep on behalf of the team.
Distributor
You will learn about Distributor when you become Depot Managers.
