There is something beautiful about watching women come together at Joy Activated, to laugh, breathe, connect, heal, learn and simply be.

Our events are more than beautiful spaces and fun experiences. They create a safe environment where women can pause from the demands of life, reconnect with themselves, build meaningful friendships and be reminded that their joy matters too.

Sometimes healing begins with a conversation. Sometimes it begins with laughter. Sometimes it begins when a woman finally feels seen, heard and supported.

That is the beauty of Joy Activated.

We create moments that remind women: You are worthy of joy. You are worthy of community. You are worthy of becoming everything you were created to be.

Because when a woman is activated in joy, she shows up differently in her home, her work, her relationships and her purpose.

Okay ladies... you asked, so I listened!

One of the questions I get asked most is, "How did you get your hair to grow back?" or "What are you using?"

The truth is, there wasn't one magic product. It was consistency, patience, and finding products that genuinely worked for my hair.

One of those products has been Chebe Magic... and I'm so excited because I finally restocked! 🙌🏾

For those who haven't heard of it, Chebe is inspired by an ancient hair care tradition from Chad, where women have used it for generations to help keep their hair moisturised, strong, and less prone to breakage. While it doesn't magically make your hair grow overnight, it helps with length retention by reducing breakage, locking in moisture, and strengthening the hair over time.

I've always said I only share products I've personally used and loved. If something has been part of my healthy hair journey, I want to pass it on because we rise by sharing what works.

Friday rounds to some lady friends.

You know what, I will never get tired of helping women find products that help them heal from the inside out.

A while ago, I went through a season of intense stress, and one of the things that affected me most was my hair. It became thinner, weaker, and I started losing more of it than I ever had before.

Some products helped me and I am telling my ladies all about it! I know how discouraging hair loss can feel and I also know the joy of seeing restoration begin.
