This year I’m working with over a dozen toddlers diagnosed with autism. The OAT test provides specific insight into the child’s energy production, detoxification pathways, neurotransmitter activity and nutrient deficiencies - aspects that can not be detected in blood work

Seeing both the child’s improvements throught eating better and supplementing to support improved concentration, being calmer, sleeping better and starting to interact vocally has been rewarding for the parents and for me

Recently I flew my 90 year old Dad up to and, at , to share an incredible few days in nature! What a treat for both of us to share time together and soak up some of the wonders of Zimbabwe

Body shaming is a pervasive issue that negatively affects mental health, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing. Despite its prevalence, it is often normalized in communities and under-addressed in
social, educational, and institutional contexts.

This workshop draws from the lived experience of the host, Josphine Pedzisayi, whose personal journey with body shaming inspired the creation of Body Confidence Zw.

The workshop aims to translate personal insight into a structured, educational, and community-centered conversation
focused on promoting self-love, body confidence, and mental wellbeing
