May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍
I started running for fitness… but somewhere along the way, it became part of my healing journey too. 🏃🏾♀️
Running has helped me through anxiety, heavy days, overthinking, and moments when I didn’t feel like myself. It gave me space to breathe, process, release, and slowly heal.
