Homemade fig and pecan muesli.
2 cups oats, 1 cup buckwheat groats, 1 cup mix seeds, 1 cup peacan, 1 cup chopped dried figs, 1/4cup honey 1/4 cup melted coconut oil.
Mix all together and bake in the oven for 20min at 160

Another old favourite I hadn’t made for a while... my grain free Lemon Yoghurt Cake! 😍 Whenever I make this I wonder why I don’t make it more often!! (Well, except that it’s dangerous to have in the fridge because I can’t stop eating it, especially if there’s also roasted fruit and yoghurt to serve alongside... 🙈😜😍) Sooooo yummy!

These lightly spiced patties are lovely with a dollop of dhal or hummus; you could serve them with wholegrain basmati rice or a green salad too. Leave off the seeds if you are serving to very young children. The squash is steamed first so it becomes tender but not soft or soggy.
