The drumbeats of solidarity echo across the grounds of Harare Girls High School today as thousands of workers from diverse sectors gather under the banner: “Honouring Dignity of Labour, Defending Workers’ Rights, Fair Wages and Social Protection.”

Amid the sea of union regalia and vibrant chants, PSMAS stands out not just as an exhibitor, but as a steadfast partner in the fight for a healthy, productive workforce.

“Fair wages mean little without access to quality healthcare,” says a PSMAS representative on-site. “We are here because social protection is not a luxury. It is a right.”

At their branded exhibition booth, PSMAS is engaging workers on affordable medical cover, wellness programmes, and preventative care essential tools for protecting the dignity of labour. The message is clear: No worker should have to choose between their health and their livelihood.

Workers are stopping by to learn how medical aid safeguards their families and secures their future.

As the proceedings continue with solidarity songs and labour pledges, PSMAS reaffirms its commitment striving not just for treatment, but for a truly healthy workforce that can drive Zimbabwe forward.
