1. Junior - 20 pvs - u start buying at a price lower than the new members

2. Senior status - 45 pvs(20 are yr personal) - u start earning 3% of yr personal sales and team sales

3. Pearl leader - 95 pvs (20 have to be ur own personal pvs) , 3 active personal recruits ( active =5 pvs) . On this level if u achieve it in 2 months u get once off cash bonus of R1000. Plus yr volume rebate calculated at 7%

4. Ruby - 230pvs ( 20 have to be personal).once off bonus of R2000, + earn 10% of sales

5. Emerald- 580pvs (20 personal). Once off bonus of R3000 + 13% earnings

So inuka , to be successful u have to work on being a leader. And we work with points to determine the level of earning.

Points are accumulated thru recruiting and ordering

Each person u recruit gives u 2.5 points whicg we technically call PVs.

And on ordering each product is assigned PVs eg a classic perfume is 1pvs.

So a combination of recruiting and selling will help u grow fast.

Recruiting makes it even faster because in inuka business u benefit from yr recruits upto the 4th generation. So to start with, no matter which kit yr recruit start with u get 2.5 pvs. So each point that yr recruit has its also yrs upto the 4th generation. So for example if I recruit 4 people ( one with small kit, another with large, another with junior and another with senior), here is how my points will be like.

Small kit gives me 2.5 pvs only (for recruiting them because small kit has 0 pvs to the person joining)

Large kit gives 2.5 for recruiting plus 10 pvs for the person so 12.5

Junior - gives me 2.5 for recruiting +20 pvs dza recruit =22.5

Senior - 2.5 for recruiting+ 45 for the recruit =47.5

So in.total through those I will have 47.5+22.5+12.5+2.5= 85pvs. Just by doing this I will be close to Pearl.
For me to earn at pearl I need to have 3 people who are active, ie with at least 5pvs(whom I already have from those recruits) and I should do my own personal 20 pvs of which I already have 2.5*4=10personal pvs(ppvs) from recruiting. So it means I will just place ab order of 10pvs so that I have my 20 ppvs and also so that I get to 95 group pvs for achieving Pearl.

So thats how u play around with pvs, strategizing to reach yr desired status, and earn.

Important to note is that points are not transferred from one month to the other , however points are accumulated for quarterly and annual targets. Each month we all start on 0 pvs. Hence maximise each month to reach a higher status, as u will maintain that status until u achieve a higher status( no demotion).
