[07/09, 15:05] Charity Throid ,bp: I would like to take this opportunity to share my testimony and express my sincere gratitude to Medical and Lifestyle Natural Therapies.

I came across an advert on Facebook about the clinic offering free consultations. That is how I got to know about Medical and Lifestyle Natural Therapies. I decided to take the opportunity, booked an appointment, and went for my consultation.
My BP had been high for 2 weeks not less than 150/100, I felt so sick. When I went for my appointment it was 174/96. The doctor put me on medication for 10 days. I was also advised to change my diet as part of improving my lifestyle.
I followed the doctor's instructions and did my best to stick to the recommended diet. When I went back for my review, I was so happy to see that my blood pressure had come down to 123/83. I was honestly amazed by the improvement. 🙏🏽
