Irregular, painful, or heavy periods may be signs of a serious health problem. Irregular periods also can make it harder to get pregnant. Your doctor can work with you to help get your periods more regular.

Its not a taboo, to discuss about menstruation . A lot of school going girls in Zimbabwe are suffering from this menstrual poverty and.... it takes you and me to help every one in need.
