I love this photo.

My youngest son getting ready for his prom.

As the youngest of my five children, seeing him reach this milestone felt emotional in a way I wasn’t quite expecting. So incredibly proud of him and excited for his future journey.

As parents, we spend years being needed. Our lives revolve around school runs, clubs, exams, schedules and family life. Then one day, you realise they don’t need you in quite the same way anymore.

There can be a sadness in that.

But there can also be an opportunity.

An opportunity to ask yourself:

What do I want now?

What dreams have I put on hold?

What ambitions am I ready to revisit?

What would I do if I gave myself the same care, attention and encouragement I’ve spent years giving everyone else?

This photo is about my son.

But if I’m honest, it’s also about me about what comes next.

For many women, this is where the second chapter begins. Not because your role as a parent ends.

But because space starts to open up for you again and that’s something worth embracing.

I currently have one place available on my Second Chapter Reset Programme at a special summer rate.

If you’re ready to explore what’s next for you, send me a DM and let’s have a conversation.

Something I’ve been going over and over for the last few weeks has just clicked into place.

I’m feeling so invigorated and full of ideas right now following my own coaching session. There is nothing quite like having that safe space where you are challenged just enough to see past your own blind spots!

I love that my coach questions my assumptions and never lets me off the hook.

There’s a common misconception that something has to be “wrong” to work with a coach, for me, it’s the best investment in myself I’ve ever made.

So this morning I broke my favourite glasses …. they’ve been hanging on for weeks (that’s what happens when you fall asleep reading).
Fortunately it was not a sign of the day ahead!
Had not one, but TWO brilliant coaching sessions today. Totally different scenarios but equally brilliant women taking control of their own destiny. I know it’s so cliche but I absolutely LOVE doing what I do, supporting women to achieve their goals 🧡 Proof that you don’t need a perfect morning to have a powerful day. Here’s to women stepping into their power, owning their worth, and designing life on their own terms 💫

This reflective smile is the result of a really deep coaching session today.
Stepping out of your comfort zone to stretch, make changes, and look at your life or career through a new lens takes immense bravery. It isn’t easy to invest your time, energy, and dreams into a process like this and it certainly isn’t easy to trust a stranger with them.

I never take that trust for granted.

Sometimes with a client you can feel the rapport is just there, straight from the word go. You can instantly feel the alignment, the mutual respect, and the shared energy. In those moments, you just know it is going to be a positive, powerful partnership.

To every woman who has ever taken that brave step to invest in herself, open up, and stretch for her next chapter: I see you, and it is an absolute privilege to partner with you on the journey.

It’s not very often I get to do face to face discovery calls as most of them are held online, so this morning was especially exciting for me. It’s so good to have the no pressure meet to talk about coaching and if it’s for you and check the all important chemistry is there between coach & client, before committing. So grateful to have the best ‘job’ in the world. It’s such a passion and privilege to partner with strong women in making sense of and taking control of the chaos! If this sounds like you I have ONE client spot left in May. Curious to know more - Send me a DM. Available in person AD or online around the world 🌍

1. Why Are You Here?
2. Do You Fear Death?
3. Are You Fulfilled?
Has anyone else read The Cafe on the Edge of the World?
I saw it recommended by the Atomic Habits author and gave it a go. I couldn’t put it down@- read the whole thing from beginning to end in one sitting. That was my Saturday night. So Rock and roll...

But honestly, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. I’m still sitting with those questions, wondering if we ever fully find the answers, or if the power is simply in the seeking.

As a coach, this book is the dream. It’s about digging through the noise that’s all around us to get to the truth of what really matters.

In a week where the focus is on both coaching and mental health, it’s a timely reminder: sometimes the most important work we do isn’t solving the problems in front of us, but finding the clarity to understand why we are facing them in the first place.

We spend so much time being ‘busy’ that we forget to check if we’re actually moving in the right direction.
If you sat with these three questions today - which one would feel the most uncomfortable to answer?

Wow what an amazing group coaching workshop! I’m fizzing with excitement. These women were so up for learning and challenging themselves - even though they had no idea what they were attending! Privileged to have this awesome job and incredibly grateful to the inspiring who is such a visionary supporting the all round growth of her team. .salon
