“Do you offer private coaching sessions?”

That’s a question I was asked this week while delivering wellbeing and coaching workshops in a school in Abu Dhabi.

And it got me thinking that I probably haven’t explained very clearly what I actually do outside of the work I deliver in schools.

Alongside my workshops and presentations, I also offer private 1:1 coaching for women in leadership often (but not always) working in education.

I work with women who are often juggling a lot. Managing a team, supporting colleagues, meeting the expectations of senior leaders, dealing with the day-to-day pressures of work life, and then trying to switch off and have a life outside of work.

Sometimes, somewhere along the way, you can lose sight of yourself behind the role.

That’s where coaching can help.

Together, we might work on:

• Building confidence
• Managing overwhelm and competing demands
• Setting clearer boundaries
• Developing a more helpful mindset
• Finding a better balance between work and life
• Creating practical changes that feel sustainable

Ultimately, it’s about feeling more confident, more in control and better able to thrive in your role without it taking over your life.

I work online through a programme of six private 1:1 sessions, each lasting one hour.

If that sounds like you and you’d like to know more about how it works, drop me a message or WhatsApp me on (+971) 056 4666 936 and I’ll be happy to share the details. I’m based in Abu Dhabi but work with clients around the world 🌍

If you’d told me a couple of years ago that I’d be standing in front of almost 200 people, delivering training sessions in a school in Abu Dhabi, I honestly wouldn’t have believed you.

Way back then, when I decided to become a coach, one of my biggest dreams was to present in schools in the Middle East.

Never dreamed I would actually do it.

Done it. Absolutely smashed it. Loved it. ❤️

Was it perfect? Absolutely not. I’ve definitely got room for improvement, but that’s OK. It’s given me a real taste for it and now I just want to do it more and more.

I’m so grateful for the amazing support and opportunity from the women leaders at the school who made this possible.

And I really hope I managed to share something that was insightful, inspiring or empowering, and that each person took away even one small thing that might make a difference to their wellbeing and quality of life.

A pretty special week ❤️

Oh and nice I also got some enquiries about my private coaching sessions!

One of the most important parts of coaching is something you can’t learn from a coaching model.

Rapport.

That feeling of connection between coach and client that creates trust.

Because without trust, it’s difficult to be truly open, honest and vulnerable. And without that honesty, the coaching can only go so far.

I had my first session with a new client today, and quite early in our conversation she said:

“Feel the fear and do it anyway.”

I smiled.

Those words are so aligned with how I see things that I immediately felt that connection.

And I thought - this is going to be a really good coaching relationship.

Not because we agree on everything. But because there is a shared understanding, trust and openness from which we can work.

I love that part of coaching.

Getting to know the person behind the goal, understanding what matters to them, and then being able to support and challenge them to move towards the things they really want.

That first-session connection is a pretty special feeling. 🤍

Want to see if we have rapport? Drop me a DM for a free discovery call.

Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway 🙌 Took this from my noticeboard this morning before presenting to over 150 teachers and leaders as part of their induction week on wellbeing. Can’t deny it - I’ve missed the buzz of presenting and sharing my love and passion for all things coaching and wellbeing was amazing! My hope - that each person took away one small thing to inspire or support them.

As the summer holidays wrap up and everyone heads back into school runs, busy routines, and normal life, there is always a huge shift in energy in the UAE.

How are you planning to protect that energy as the pace picks back up?

I’m deeply passionate about supporting people, especially educators, leaders, and women navigating big transitions, to protect their wellbeing and resilience.

Not just to survive the season, but to truly thrive, both at work and at home.

Life is precious. The choices, boundaries, and daily habits we create directly shape how we show up for our work, our loved ones, and ourselves.

Coaching isn’t about fixing something that’s broken. It simply gives you a clear, dedicated space, without judgement or obligation, to pause, set meaningful goals, and make steady progress on what matters to you before burnout takes over.

If you’d like to give yourself that space and keep (or kick start) your momentum going, send me a DM or click the link in my bio. Let’s have a no obligation free chat about how we can work together.

Ps This photo was last week back in England with my gorgeous Granddaughter 💕 Firmly back in the land of sand now 🥵

Sometimes the hardest stories to let go of are the ones we’ve been told about ourselves.

“You’ll never…”
“You’re not good enough.”
“You’re too much.”
“That’s just the way you are.”

Over time, those words can become part of our identity. We stop questioning them and start believing they’re simply who we are.

But here’s the thing…

Someone else’s opinion is not your identity.

One of the most powerful moments in personal growth is recognising that you can acknowledge your past without letting it define your future.

You can learn.
You can grow.
You can choose differently.

Most importantly, you can choose a new story about who you are.

What if the story you’ve been carrying about yourself was never yours to keep?

So much love for these two 💖💙 I don’t take a moment of it for granted I know how lucky I am to be a Grandma (correct term Gran Gran 🥰). I think of my own Grandma every single day, she is my inspiration in life and I am so grateful to have such wonderful memories of her. I always look to her and hope I can be half the Gran Gran she was 💕

New Glasses Day 🤓 Too big, maybe?
I’ve been a bit quiet on here for a few weeks - life has been busy! Lots of family time (Grandma goals 💕), home renovations that feel like they’re taking forever 😭, and a few well-needed days away in between.
But this week, it’s back to work! I had a fantastic discovery call with a new client who is officially coming on board. She’s getting ready to set up her own business and is looking for real accountability and challenge around procrastination and imposter syndrome to help her reach her goals.
Exciting times ahead! ✨
