Summer training in Dubai hits different.
The heat, humidity, and dehydration can have a huge impact on how your body performs, so don’t compare your summer sessions to what you could do in cooler conditions.
Adjust your training load. Slow down when you need to. Recover more. Hydrate properly. And most importantly, don’t judge yourself too harshly when the numbers aren’t what you’re used to.
Your body is working harder than you realise just to regulate temperature and keep you moving.
Progress isn’t about forcing the same performance in every environment. It’s about listening, adapting, and training smart.
Train with your body, not against it.
