When I read this today on Facebook, I felt a strong connection... I saw myself walking through my life and the times I stood still. I saw the sickness and depression that overwhelmed me in the times of sitting!!
And when I walked I remembered the feelings of freedom, wellness and sheer joy from gratitude❣️
Never underestimate the power of walking... MOVING FORWARD WITH APPRECIATION 💗🙏

This is very important to dissolve all the deep seated, limiting beliefs we hold on to... read it, then read it again. Then keep reading until you believe it!!
So very powerful❣️❣️

I release my parents from the feeling that they have failed with me.
I release my children from the need to make me proud, so that they can write their own ways, according to their hearts.

I release my partner from the obligation to make me feel complete. I lack nothing in myself.

I learn with all the beings that surround me through all time.
I thank my grandparents and ancestors who met so that today I breathe life. And I release them from the faults of the past and from the wishes they did not fulfill, aware that they did the best they could to resolve their situations, within the consciousness they had at that moment.

I honor them, I love them, and I recognize their innocence.
I bare my soul before their eyes and that is why they know that I do not hide or owe anything, more than being faithful to myself and my own existence walking with the wisdom of the heart.

I am aware that I am fulfilling my life project, free of visible and invisible family loyalties that may disturb my peace and my happiness, which are my greatest responsibilities.

I renounce the role of savior, of being the one who unites or who fulfills the expectations of others. And learning through LOVE, I bless my essence and my way of expressing, although there may be someone who cannot understand me.

I understand myself, because only I lived and experienced my story; because I know myself, I know who I am, what I feel, what I do and why I do it.

I respect and approve.

I honor the Divinity in me and in you.

We are free.

Thought I would share my message to my Meditation group here today!!

Happy Australia Day!!
Just a reminder no meditation today due to public holiday!.A good meditation for today is to... remember our history.
Like most countries there was greed creating wars, religious wars etc all causing horrible and unnecessary deaths.
But our country has come a long way and as we focus more on inclusion of everyone we can celebrate that we are better and are always moving forward to do even better!!
Sometimes that is hard to see but if you focus on what you do to make others feel welcome in your everyday life you are sending a ripple effect out into the universe... this is how we can spread good vibes!! SO DIVE IN!!
Kindness to others and yourself spreads the message of PEACE!🙏

2024 is a year of challengers but also a year of great opportunities. Wonderful things will happen for you if you have prepared!!??
Make space by decluttering not only in your physical world, but in your mental, emotional and spiritual world.
Remove things from your home you are not using, that don't give you joy and organize the things you want to keep. When you can find the things you want, life seems easier!!!
What thoughts are clouding your judgement, keeping you in a negative state... let them go.
Focus on the positive!
What feelings are you experiencing that are keeping you weighed down!!?? Let them go... make space for the joy that will come from your positive thoughts.. feel the emotion that comes with the postives!!!
And spiritually... are you practising a spiritual ritual that raises your vibration.. It can be as simple as breathing deeply, the air, out in nature and bringing your awareness to it's beauty. ..Or perhaps a gratitude meditation could help all 4
World's declutter at once.😍
I hope and pray that you make space for some amazing shifts that you will encounter this year.

This is a reminder that perception is so varied. No one sees it the same as you. And when you can't understand someone else's perception, ask them questions... you may even get a new perception. That's the beauty of seeing things in a new light❣️💗

Sometimes someone’s perfect
Is another person’s flawed
Sometimes someone’s peaceful
Is another person’s bored

Sometimes someone’s freedom
Is another person’s trapped
And sometimes someone’s make-believe
Is someone else’s fact

One man’s trash, they often say
Is someone else’s treasure
And someone’s stormy forecast
Is another’s perfect weather

Sometimes someone’s scars
Can tell a very painful story
And sometimes they’re reminders
Of a celebrated glory

Because it all depends you see
On where you’re actually stood
On what you care to notice
And how far you dare to look

And there is sometimes someone
Standing just across from you
Who from the other side
Can see a very different view

Yes, all the time perspective
Will determine what we find
It’s how the number 6
Is sometimes someone’s number 9

And it is also how
You sit and count your flaws and scars
Whilst to someone just across from you
You’re perfect as you are

Happy New Year to you all!

I thought I would pop on and tell you a little bit about me for anyone new 🙂

And I've said this before but I'll say it again - we tend to introduce ourselves to others by our circumstances in life. We reduce ourselves to numbers and geography and the roles we hold in life.

And if I told you my age, my previous job, my family situation and my hometown, you could probably switch my name out for so many other names and it would still apply.

But if I told you that my favourite season is Autumn, my favourite colour is yellow, my favourite film is probably Erin Brockovich and my favourite quote from literature is from Jane Austen's Emma when Mr Knightley says "if I loved you less I might be able to talk about it more"; if I told you that my guilty pleasure is eating chocolate peanut butter cups and watching Emily in Paris, my favourite subject at school was maths, at eighteen years old I set myself the challenge of reading the complete works of Shakespeare (I'm still working on that!) and I drink too many take away cappuccinos; if I told you that one of my favourite memories is sledging with my family in Lapland at the end of 2021 and one of the most moving places I've ever visited is the 9/11 museum in New York...

then it would be far harder to switch my name out for someone else's and for it to all apply.

It is not our roles and responsibilities in life which make us unique - it's our passions and our pleasures.

So, whilst I am also a 40-year-old former primary school teacher with a wonderful husband, two beautiful boys and a very old beagle, living in Leicestershire in the middle of the UK, I am not just the information I'd write down if I was filling in a form.

None of us are.
We are so so much more than that.
