Most people remember sunscreen on their face, arms, and shoulders.
But some of the most commonly missed areas are the lips, scalp, ears, eyelids, and neck.

These areas are exposed to the same UV radiation as the rest of your skin, yet they're often forgotten as part of a daily sun protection routine.

A little extra attention to these spots can go a long way in reducing cumulative sun damage over time.

Because sun protection isn't just about applying sunscreen. It's about applying it everywhere that needs it.

As we get closer to our August launch, we wanted to share a little about the technology behind our new advanced laser treatments.

The device we will be using is the excel V+ by Cutera, a non-invasive, medical-grade laser trusted by skin clinics worldwide. For us it was a natural choice. It was designed specifically to treat what years of Australian sun leaves behind.

It can improve Sun spots. Broken capillaries. Pigmentation. Uneven skin tone. The visible marks that accumulate quietly over a lifetime outdoors and that no skincare product can truly fix.

The results? A visibly smoother, more even complexion with minimal downtime and no surgery.

If you are interested in being among the first to access the treatment, reach out to us directl to join the waitlist.

Most of us have been the second one at some point. It's one of the most common sunscreen habits in Australia and also one of the most damaging ones.

Sunscreen breaks down. Sweat, water, and time all wear it away — faster than you'd think. By hour three, the protection you applied in the morning is doing very little.

The rule is simple. Every two hours. Every day. More often if you've been swimming or sweating.

Let us know in the comments how often you reapply and pass this on to someone who needs to hear it..

If it's been more than a year since your last skin check, this one is for you.

Most people wait until something looks obviously wrong. But skin cancers can develop quietly, long before they stand out.

Here’s what to watch for between checks:

New moles in adults, especially after the age of 30 are worth paying attention to.

Any change in an existing mole — size, shape, colour or texture. Melanoma rarely appears overnight. It evolves slowly, which is why regular monitoring is important.

A sore that bleeds, crusts over, and doesn't heal.

Skin that suddenly becomes sensitive, itchy, or bleeds without an obvious reason, especially in a mole or existing spot.

A personal or family history of skin cancer.

Sunburns in childhood and years of sun exposure, especially growing up in Australia

You don't need to wait until something looks wrong.
The goal of regular skin checks is to catch changes early.

Most people don’t realise this, but melanoma can come with warning signs.
Changes in a mole or spot are often the first clue, and they can be easy to overlook if you don’t know what to look for. That’s where the ABCDEs help. They give you a simple way to notice when something isn’t quite right.

If you do spot any of these signs, don’t wait or second-guess it. Getting it checked early can make a real difference. Early detection makes all the difference.

It’s one of those things people keep pushing down the list.

No symptoms, no urgency… so it can wait.

But when it comes to your skin, staying ahead matters more than reacting later.

If it’s been a while since your last check, it’s worth booking one in.

Think you’re protected from the sun inside your car? Not quite.
UV rays can pass through car windows, which means your skin is still exposed even on short drives.

It’s the kind of exposure most people don’t think about, but it adds up over time.
A simple habit like applying sunscreen before you head out can go a long way in protecting your skin.
