What is your heart asking for right now? And are you brave enough to listen?

To the thing that pulls you, quietly yet relentlessly, towards what feels fu***ng alive.

Would you stay in the same spaces?
Keep the same habits?
Say yes when every part of your inner knowing is saying no?

Your heart doesn’t ask for perfection.
It asks for honesty.
And honesty can be uncomfortable.

Sometimes it means things fall away. Sometimes it means disappointing people. And sometimes it means choosing yourself in ways you’ve never dared to before. But on the other side of that?

You stop waiting for life to happen to you. You become the creator of it. You are the inventor of the way your desires get to meet you.

So, if you were to follow your heart completely... What would change?

Women carry the stories of our mothers, grandmothers, and the women who walked before us. And we also carry the silence. The words they couldn’t speak. The truths they had to swallow. The parts of themselves that were safer hidden than expressed.

For centuries, it was not safe for women to use their voice. And this silence still lives in our bodies, in our nervous systems. In the instinct to hold back, soften our truth, or stay silent when something wants to move through us.

Healing can begin with even the subtlest sounds. A hum. A sigh. Or belting out your favourite ballad in the car.

Let yourself, hear yourself.

Slowly, expression becomes less confronting and more natural. As your voice opens, the body begins to trust.

This is not only your healing, but lineage work for the women who came before you.
