Lets talk about the Guides and Non physical helpers who support the sessions we do together. A bit about me, I have been on the earth for over 50yrs! Phew, it went quick! I was always able to intuit situations and people, but due to some childhood trauma I had beliefs systems in place that prevented me from fully stepping into my power until I had cleared this in my 40’s. As each year progresses and I trust in the inner guidance and request more abilities to manifest, my sessions have become more and more exciting for me in the wonderment of what is possible and confirmation that we are not as simple as a soul in a physical body. I am an Empath with the ability to see the energy around a person and if I choose I can also turn it off if I want a rest. Apart from being named Clare, I am Clairvoyant, Clairaudient and Clairsentient. My name means bright light and I work within the light to benefit and assist those seeking the light and to help our beautiful Planet Gaia through this time of Ascension. The nonphysical beings that assist me are-
• My personal guides who are always with me
• Ancestral aspects of both myself or the client who require lineage healing and family trauma release
• The Galactic beings with which I have some connection with, either through having an aspect of my other selves on different planets or from my original home space. Including but not limited to Arcturian, Andromean, Venusians, Alphcentorian, Lyron, Syrian, Pleiadean
• If I am working with a client, their guides and assistants are also able to communicate with me.
• The Masters such as Lady Venus, Sunat Kumara, Mary Magdelene, Krishna, Lord Sanada , Quan Yin etc are always able to access my consciousness to assist.
• The Angelics such a Archangels, Seraphim, Elohim also step in to assist as required.
• There are multiple teams of other interdimensional beings that I cannot name that come in to assist with interdimensional adjustments that are required for continued growth of the soul. Eg: removing implants

All the above help me to speak the light language codes if/as required to assist humanity to clear old ancestral trauma, incongruent belief systems and blocks placed in our ethereal fields by other beings seeking to control us. It is an exciting time to be incarnated at this time even though it is a great time of upheaval, there is so much more to all the situations o earth that are happening at this time and as the frequency rises, it will become clearer to most.

2022 is a massive year for the truth to unfold, which can be overwhelming for those who are totally unaware. The sessions I do, assist people who are searching for answers to calm the nervous system upheaval in order to process the information less traumatically. Wow, 2026 first 6 months has been a doosy, on top of the last 3.5years looking after my elderly parents.

Another Dark Night of the Soul that went on too long.

People think healers should have their s**t together, and I agree, if we are going to connect with others energy, then we should have a clean vessel to do it with, but healers are 3D humans as well and we also have karmic contracts to complete.

If I am not in alignment, I won’t accept clients until I sort myself out, read below and you will understand there is light at the end of the tunnel for everyone, including healers.

In the last 4 months my Mum passed away with severe dementia and my dad rapidly lost his sight, and because there was not enough funding to stay at home, he opted to go into an aged care home.

After processing my mother/ daughter relationship, now it’s father /daughter processing.

I’m sure some of you understand how big those are from the adult child’s perspective.

On top of this, the universe in its wisdom, did a Cancerian new moon in a mercury retrograde a few weeks ago, which nearly tipped me over the edge as well as a lot of my clients and friends, with multiple people in tears having a crisis.

I discovered that I can no longer be everything to others and put myself last.

My alone time has become extremely precious and I no longer want to participate in relationships of any kind that have no meaning.

Scorpio’s are renowned for their ability to take on more and more, empathically feeling everyone else’s emotions and trying to figure out if it’s their own or someone else’s, but there comes a time when they finally get to critical mass and say ENOUGH.

When this happens, it is probably best to run for cover as it is physically and emotionally impossible for Scorpio to hold back and anyone in the firing line, probably needs counselling for a good while afterwards, because when Scorpio hits that peak, we only tell the truth and the truth hurts.

We are extremely sensitive to fakeness, lying and incongruence in people’s stories.

Most of the time we will look right into your soul, but not comment…until we are pushed too far. Then it’s the slam.

Having said that, we don’t take much joy in it, for us we get internally angry that we couldn’t hold it in, to us this is a weakness.

This time with the planets the way they were, they amplified things a thousand times more until we were forced to let go of the old patterns, we had been holding onto and unfortunately the relationship mirrors would have felt the impact of this.

Thankfully the planets have changed and Jupiter is now going to assist Scorpio’s to move happily forward and for the first time in a while I have been able to breathe out.

I am feeling 100% better and have already been able to feel the shift of new hope and lightness in my life.

Nothing brings me more joy than to use my craniosacral therapy and life skills to help others find peace in their lives. This is the light for me.

Who would have thought 2026 would be off to such an ending of the Year of the Wood Snake at the start of the year!

Beginning the of the Year of the Fire Horse

Symbolizing energy, courage, and rapid transformation.

I’ve been listening/reading to a few of the Chinese astrology and Western astronomy articles and podcasts, it looks like its going to be a roller coaster ride for the Collective Consciousness, the Planetary Deity called Gaia/ Tara/ Mother Earth, the different Countries Regimes changing internal fighting and revolutions still trying to create separation.

I have decided to look within to see where these play out in myself and choose to release those vibrations being reflected by the current spiritual, mental, physical and astral frequencies running through my programming.

I am also choosing the timeline I want to create and not succumb to fear, propaganda or marketing by those frequencies profiting from those situations.

I choose to trust my inner voice and intuition, to surround myself with a network of like-minded people and people who are willing to work on their internal selves.

Don’t get me wrong, I am a massive work in progress and constantly reflect on how I react to situations, where I could have managed circumstances better and what wounds still need to be healed in order for me to move forward vibrationally.

And I still have meltdowns like anyone else!

This year, I am putting in boundaries while still being of service to others but not being used by others.

I am taking care of my own physical, emotional and spiritual needs before others in order to keep my own cup full, and I would like to take that journey with others.

By this I mean, filling my cup by doing what I love, which is sharing the wisdom I’ve learned and the healing skills, I’ve tried, that really work in conjunction with the body’s innate intelligence.

WOW, feel those energies changing you from the inside out??

My spirit goes one way and my body the other, I'm really working on staying in my body!!!! Chocolate cravings...........

As the frequency moves through in waves, a gamut of emotions swirls around, changing from one minute to another.

Happy, sad, grumpy, confused, angry, victim mode, memory fragments both good and bad.

All these in one day is worse than Melbourne weather!

I have learned to sit in stillness and allow them to flow through but sometimes this makes me worse and I find movement is more effective, taking a walk and chatting to my higher self as it supports me to look at things I've hidden away, but allows me to feel safe while I sneak a look.

I am excited to let go of things which no longer serve me, I feel my frequency change constantly as these shadow aspects return to the light with all my love.

Relationships with friends and family are also changing, the old complete ones can now move on to make space for the new ones bringing in new teachings and frequency.

Just a little update on the how living an authentic life feels for me.

A few years ago, I decided to live for myself and let go of fear.
I had been daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend and carer.

I started the journey of letting go of other people’s opinions of me and working through my trauma of
not feeling good enough
not smart enough
not pretty enough
fear of being lonely with no partner to love me.
Aging and having to rely on others for my basic living and safety.

Through this clearing process, I started to notice that bit by bit my life was changing from a soap opera drama to something more grounded, stable and encompassing, like a warm hug.

It has taken me 8 years to get to this place in my heart and feel comfortable with every choice I’ve made and now I can honestly say my life in unbelievably awesome.

This path has shown me that nothing really matters when you connect to that inner guidance -Higher self, Source, Angels, Guardians, whatever you want to call it, but listening to it makes the world your oyster.

I am so grateful I stepped into this awareness.

My clients teach me different perspectives and show me where I need to heal myself, while I am able to help them.

I see the contrast in who I used to be and who I now am.
Some friends and family stayed, others vibration no longer matched or the lessons were learned so we parted ways.

Now I can travel the world and meet the most amazing souls on this planet.
I am open to receiving as well as giving- (under the guise of not being good enough, I could never receive without paying back tenfold.)

I don’t own much, but I am always provided for.

Opportunities that I could never imagine come my way and they are so amazing that sometimes my gratitude for this world and its people overwhelm me with love.

I have just come back from a trip to Bali, Iran and New Zealand. The money to pay for it came with ease, grace and effortlessness, which is how it always comes when I follow my soul path.
In each country, I was asked to let something go and to receive a gift from the Spirits or the people of the lands both for my frequency upgrades and to pass onto the other countries.

The insights I received internally have bought me even grater inner peace because I am still human with 3D stuff to work through but the peace enables me to settle and wait for the next adventure.

Where do I start?
Today is my last night in Bali this will be the first of many posts on my transformation.

I arrived here three weeks ago thinking I was coming for respite to recharge and reconnect with myself.

And boy, did that happen, but it was so much more than that.
Bali is such a contradiction, very spiritual energy, but such poverty and corruption.
It’s still hard for me to get my head around. Even the poorest will give daily offerings to their gods, even if it is only a grain of rice and some flower petals.

The Balinese people are amazing, very open hearted, putting up with tourists and their superiority demands, international investors ra**ng and pillaging their country for the material wealth it brings.
I spoke to so many locals and they were all disappointed in their rulers.
As the people on the ground struggle to survive on the barest minimum, the elites in power take and take and take more.

For me, $250 aud is poverty and I have the capacity to go to our government to get help if I’m that hard up, but to a local taxi driver whose car air-conditioner breaks down, it can mean work or starve.

I understand the law of attraction and creating your own reality, but for these people who are caught in this poverty program, low education, hardly any jobs and natural resources stripped away.

It can be hard to change or create abundance for basic survival.

I never argued with the price of things, I just paid what was asked. It was already 1/10th of what I would pay in Australia.

My issue was, that there was an underlying vibration of desperation related to these transactions. That understanding that tourists are richer, so they charge more, but this then changes the frequency of that soul to drop into an underlying lack of integrity vibration.

Yes, this is a judgment that will trigger people, but when you see things from the frequency picture and not the illusion in front of you, it is easy to see how this then affects the collective consciousness of a culture.

It is the greed of the tourists that have contributed to this. Forcing the price increases as tourists try to beat these people down a few cents- yes cents, not millions.

In Australia, I will pay and not blink at $150 for a 1.5hr massage.
Bali cost $20 per hour, if it is in a proper shopfront then some of that minimum rate will go towards the owner of the shop who is normally from Europe or Australia.

That means the person doing the actual work, gets even less than $20 per hour and has to pay taxes.

If I hired a car driver to take me out for the day, driving me all over the place and waiting while I explored, the most I would pay was $90 for a 10hr day.

In all consciousness I could not do this, so I offered to pay for their lunch and snacks and probably tipped them as well.

Most of them were too embarrassed to eat with me in more Bali belly safe places, so they humbly declined.

So next time you come to Bali, please think how good you have it in Australia, don’t try to beat them down any more than they are already.

Bali has taught me to open my heart, hopefully you will see a different perspective too.
