Friday in the clinic, doing what lights up my soul!

Today is all about connecting with beautiful souls, both in person and via Zoom, through Intuitive Soul Sessions and Soul Regression Therapy.

Every person who walks through my door (or pops up on my screen) brings their own story, their own questions and their own journey. Being trusted to hold space for those connections, insights and moments of discovery is something I’ll never take for granted.

I still have those moments where I stop and think, how lucky am I to do this as my job? 🥹✨

If you think it’s a sign, it’s a sign 🙌🏻

We’ve been taught to second-guess ourselves far too much. But deep down, we have an inner knowing.

The secret to accessing that wisdom? Self-trust.

Yesterday, on my drive to my clinic, I checked in with my higher self and asked what we’d be focusing on at Woo Woo Wednesday.

Instantly, I was guided to connection with our spirit guides and guardians and how they send us signs and messages.

And I kept hearing one word >>> BURGUNDY 🤔

Now, burgundy isn’t exactly a word I use every day! When I think of it, I think of a colour, wood or perhaps a beef stew with red wine🍷🤣

Later, I stopped to buy flowers for my altar/offering, as I do each month. And what was there? Burgundy chrysanthemums 🌺

The message was strong and I knew it was meant for someone in our circle, so I trusted it and bought them.

Sure enough, after the introduction and meditation, one of the ladies connected with the flowers and colour and so many beautiful messages came through from the spirit side for her❤️

It was truly beautiful to witness.

I could have dismissed that little nudge. I could have questioned it. But instead, I listened.

Sometimes we don’t understand the message until we allow it to unfold.

Trust the nudge. Follow the feeling. Stop second-guessing yourself.

The path I’ve travelled hasn’t been an easy one.

I’ve survived traumatic experiences that have challenged me, changed me and shaped the person I am today.

I believe every experience becomes part of our journey, bringing lessons, growth and opportunities for our soul to evolve. Sometimes, we only understand the purpose when we look back.

I wouldn’t change the person I’ve become because of my experiences. They’ve deepened my compassion, strengthened my intuition and shaped the way I support others.

Taking what we’ve been through and using it to help others feel seen, understood and less alone.

Our experiences don’t have to define us. They can become part of the wisdom we carry and the light we share with the world.

I’m not here because my path has been perfect. I’m here because I’ve lived, learnt, healed and continue to grow.

And if my journey helps even one person find their way through the darkness, then my pain has become something meaningful.
