This Dietitians’ Week (15–21 June), we’re celebrating 50 years of dietitians transforming health across Australia.

This year’s theme, Celebrating our Collective Impact, highlights the power of evidence-based nutrition to create meaningful change in people’s lives.

At ESA, our Accredited Practising Dietitians are helping clients build confidence, develop practical skills, and achieve long-term wellbeing—one small, sustainable change at a time.

We spoke with ESA Dietitian Emma, who shared how she supports clients: “By tailoring strategies to each person’s needs and working closely with their support networks, we help create real, lasting improvements in quality of life. Supporting dignity, choice and independence.”
