After 20 years of doctors visits complaining of a racing heart that feels like it might explode and random dizziness that comes from no where (this was peak during my tattoo apprenticeship as stress is one of the biggest triggers) I finallyyyyy got diagnosed with a heart condition, POTS ..

On an average day my heart is going 160 beats per minute doing simple tasks like vacuuming ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Worst part is the first medication I tried I had an allergic reaction to so itโ€™s now a long road of specialists apps .. if you also have a chronic illness and youโ€™re stuck in a flare up, I feel youuuu, weโ€™re all so tired ๐Ÿฅฒ
