Transport support and how I can help 🚗💙
My son’s Lego crew stepped in for a very official demonstration today 😄 No Lego pieces were harmed in the making of this video!
And yes, we know no seatbelts were worn on set… but real TC Connect transport always comes with seatbelts buckled and safety front of mind.
Getting to appointments, the shops, or just out and about in the community can be a big part of feeling supported. Transport can absolutely be included as part of your care, and it’s factored into your quote right from the start, so there are no surprises.

A couple of great questions came up this week, so I thought I’d share the answers here too.

• Do I have to lock into a contract just to ask how much something costs? Not at all. I use the NDIS pricing guide and we simply chat through the hourly rate for the support you need, including whether transport is involved, and I put together a quote from there. No obligation, no pressure.

• Do you have aged care experience? Yes I do. In my early 20s I worked on a transitional care wing and in home care with Baptist Community Services, as well as with Respite ACT and Henley Brae. In more recent years, while my work hasn’t been solely in aged care, I’ve stayed connected with the older generation through community services groups I’ve run, including the Women’s Shed.
