Today is a reminder of the importance of supporting cancer research, raising awareness, and looking after our own health.

One of the most important things we can do is stay on top of our health checks. Whether its your regular GP appointment, screening tests, skin tests, breast checks, bowel screening or other recommended checks - Don't put them off.

So today, while we show our support for those affected by cancer, let's also make a commitment to ourselves: Book the check, have the conversation and take care of you! 💛

We’re excited to share our beautiful new SW Share Home, located in a quiet, welcoming area just west of Ripley. 💙
This isn’t just about finding somewhere to live - it’s about finding a place where you can feel comfortable, supported, safe and truly at home.
Our home currently has one wonderful gentleman in his 50s who is calm, friendly and welcoming, and would love the opportunity to share his home with compatible housemates and enjoy some companionship. 😊

✨ The home features: 🏡 Two bedrooms currently available
🚿 Your own private ensuite
♿ Fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly
❄️ Ducted air-conditioning throughout
🛋️ Spacious shared living areas
🌿 Comfortable, peaceful home environment
📍 Convenient access to Ripley, Yamanto and surrounding areas

This home may be a great option for NDIS participants who don’t qualify for SIL, are exploring ILO or other individualised living arrangements, or are simply looking for a shared home that better suits their lifestyle and budget.
Our wonderful SW support team also has availability to assist with daily living, community access and everyday support needs, based around each person’s individual goals and preferences.
Most importantly, we want the right people to share this space. Compatibility matters. We want everyone living here to feel respected, comfortable and included in their own home. 💙

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to provide high quality support services across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.

At SW, we are committed to delivering exceptional support to our participants while investing in the ongoing training, development, and success of our team members.

Preferred requirements include
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in the disability sector
