SW Disability Support Provider is currently seeking multiple Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to provide high quality support services across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.

At SW, we are committed to delivering exceptional support to our participants while investing in the ongoing training, development, and success of our team members.

Preferred requirements include
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in the disability sector

🌱☀️ Growing More Than Just Vegetables ☀️🌱

Today our participants enjoyed spending time in the sunshine creating their very own mini vegetable gardens 💚

What may look like a simple pot of seedlings is actually so much more. It's an opportunity to learn responsibility, build confidence, develop patience, and experience the joy of caring for something and watching it grow

For many, it may even encourage trying new foods they never thought they'd eat, especially when they've nurtured them from seed to harvest
