We asked Leiah Golden what tissue salt she recommends most often…

The 12 Schueller Tissue Salts are all amazing but the one which I think no parent should be without is the Ferr Phos Tissue Salt Spray!! Used as a “natural Panadol” its ability to cool down a hot fever, calm inflammation in so many common acute conditions and reduce pain is why it is one you will always want to have handy.

I like to use it in alternation with a well matched single homeopathic remedy. For example for an earache with a high tempt you might go Belladonna 200c - 2 pills then 15 minutes later 2 sprays of Ferr Phos Tissue Salt Spray and then continue to repeat that process until the child and their symptoms calm.
