WE’RE HIRING – SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Bullet Support Solutions is looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who already has previous experience working in Support Coordination and understands the NDIS, but is also passionate about building genuine relationships, advocating for participants and helping people get the most from their supports.

This position will initially be approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity for hours to increase as the role grows.

We’d love to hear from someone who is:
✨ Experienced in Support Coordination
✨ Confident navigating the NDIS and working with participants, families and providers
✨ Organised, proactive and able to work independently
✨ A great communicator and relationship builder
✨ Looking to become part of a supportive, local team

Previous Support Coordination experience is essential.

🌈 Exciting news—Bright Beginnings now has its very own social media pages!

Bright Beginnings is our supported, OT-guided playgroup for children aged 0–5 and their parents or caregivers. It’s a welcoming space where children can play, learn and build developmental skills, while families receive practical guidance, reassurance and connection.

Our new pages will be the place to find program updates, upcoming session information, helpful parenting tips, child-development resources and a look at what we get up to each week.

We would love your help growing the Bright Beginnings community! Please follow the new pages and share them with any parents, grandparents, caregivers or local families who may benefit. Even one share could help the right family find the support and connection they’ve been looking for. 💛

🌟 Meet our new Team Leaders! 🌟

We’re excited to introduce Sharna Bannister, our Team Leader for NDIS Support, and Chloe Ratcliffe, our Team Leader for Environmental Services.

These new roles are an important step in strengthening the support we provide to our clients, families and team members. Sharna and Chloe will work closely with their teams to offer guidance, maintain high service standards and ensure the people we support continue to feel heard, valued and well cared for.

Both bring valuable experience, genuine compassion and a strong commitment to making a positive difference—and we’re thrilled to have them stepping into these leadership positions.

An important update from Bullet Support Solutions 💙

After careful consideration, our General Manager, Lachie, has made the difficult decision to resign from his position, with his final working day being Friday, 28 August.

Recent significant changes in Lachie’s personal and family circumstances have led him to reassess where he needs to focus his time and energy. While this has not been an easy decision, we fully support Lachie in making his family and personal wellbeing his priority.

Lachie has been a highly valued part of Bullet and has made an incredible contribution to our business, our team, our clients and the wider community. We are extremely grateful for the commitment, leadership and care he has shown throughout his time with us.

Although we are sad to see him leave, we wish Lachie and his family every happiness as they begin this next chapter.

Our services will continue as usual, and our team remains fully committed to providing the reliable, respectful and individualised support our community knows and trusts.

- Team Leader – Environmental Services
- Team Leader – Disability Support Services

These are hybrid leadership roles, perfect for someone who loves being hands-on with clients but is ready to take the next step into leadership.

You’ll continue working within your field while also receiving dedicated paid administrative time to lead and support your team, coordinate rosters, conduct staff supervision and help us deliver exceptional services to our clients.
