As we move into summer, AHA Life Lab continues to curate healing events that nourish the body and soul.

And yes… I realize there are TWO events happening on May 31st! 😅

It will be a fun challenge to bounce between my roles as sound healer and DJ all in one day.

🌕 MAY 31 — Full Moon Sound Bath

🎶 MAY 31 — Horizon House Dance Party
Barefoot Beach Bar | 2pm–10pm
Free event, my set times are 2pm & 8pm

✨ JUNE 20 — Gather & Glow w/ Sound Bath
Blue Reef Beach Resort | 10am–1pm
The final session of our 4-part women’s wellness series where we’ll discuss how to create your own personalized healing plan based on your unique inner ecosystem. We’ll close with a bonus 30-minute sound bath designed to help integrate the repair.

Blue Reef Beach pulled out all the stops for us this past Saturday for Gather & Glow ~ A Women's Wellness Series and offered us the penthouse family suite for our time together.

The mini sound bath at the end was such a HUGE hit, we are going to offer it again at the last session on June 20th.
