I went to a sound bath... and there were goats. 🐐😂🎶

Okay, not an actual sound bath 😂 But sitting outside at the Taves Estate Cidery, listening to the goats, honestly felt a little like one. 🐐🌿✨

There's something so calming about simply sitting, listening, and being present with the sounds around you. Just nature... and some very chatty goats. 😂💜

Sometimes growth looks a lot less serious than we think. 😂🦀

It can look like standing on a boat, staring at a crab, wondering if you’re actually brave enough to pick it up.

I was nervous it was going to pinch me, but I took a breath and did it anyway.

And honestly? It felt good to surprise myself. ✨

A little reminder that getting outside of our comfort zone doesn’t have to mean doing something huge.

Sometimes it’s just one tiny moment of choosing courage over fear.

These are the messages that make my heart so happy. 🥹🤍

Someone recently told me that after coming to one of my yoga + sound bath classes, their partner noticed they weren’t snoring at night anymore!

While I can’t promise a sound bath will change snoring, deep relaxation and nervous-system downshifting can be supportive of rest and sleep. 🌙

And honestly… hearing about the positive experiences people have after my classes is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

You never really know what someone will carry home with them after an hour on the mat. ✨

Maybe it’s a calmer mind. Maybe it’s a softer body. Maybe it’s a better night’s sleep. Maybe it’s simply feeling more like themselves again.

I’m so grateful to be able to create these spaces. 💫

Just a little reminder that there will be no Blueberry Yoga & Sound Bath on Tuesday, August 18.

Our next session will be Tuesday, August 25 | 6:30–8:00 PM 🍃

Come join us for 45 minutes of gentle yoga followed by a 45-minute relaxing sound bath under the evening sky. 💫

There’s something so magical about a sound bath surrounded by nature. 🌿✨

The birds singing, the water moving, the trees gently swaying… and the healing sounds of the bowls creating a space to simply slow down and be.

This beautiful evening at Serenity Acres was such a reminder that healing doesn’t always have to be complicated.

Sometimes we just need to pause, breathe, listen and allow ourselves to receive. 🤍
