Today I had a session with a 72-year-old woman who is preparing to move into a new chapter of her life. She was carrying a lot of fear and anxiety about the future, worries about her children, and uncertainty about the changes ahead.

I gave her a healing session that included massage and a fire ceremony. It was beautiful to witness the shift in how she felt before and after the session.

I wanted to share this session with you and give you a glimpse into her experience — how she felt before the session and how she felt afterwards.
