As I lead these treatments I’m able to read the water more each time. I thought to myself (am I high right now lol..is this really happening?)..each client aligns to the wave pattern of the water, but that’s the healing part. The rebalancing, bringing you back to your natural wave state.

Powerful Rest and Regulation is going on at the same time.

Today: Fears were unlocked-A Woman who spent most of her life loving the water but afraid to go in it…She did it today and opened spaces in her joints and also her mind. She free flowed and let go, while I held her safe. 🙏🏼

This space, this place, the water, the womb..gives you strength, peace and calm. A coming home.

For anyone coming Thursday near the clinic, Chisholm parking lot is getting new lines painted.

Public Notice - Parking Lot Closures for Line Painting

To accommodate scheduled line painting in Town-owned parking lots, the following closures will be in effect starting at 8 a.m. each day:

- Tuesday, August 4 - Sydney Street Parking Lot
- Wednesday, August 5 - St. Mary’s Street Parking Lot
- Thursday, August 6 - John Paul Parking Lot and Chisholm Park
- Friday, August 7 - Sun Flower Parking Lot

The above schedule is weather dependent and subject to change based on forecast conditions. Updates will be shared as needed.

Remember when I said I was driving in my bathing suit this morning? 😂 (on the stories)

There wasn’t just one destination…

Today took me to two of my favourite places.
One was the peaceful stillness of the Open Float Nepsis Floatation Inc. The other was the waterfall near my house..they always remind me why I fell in love with bringing water to my practice.

Every setting offers something different, but the intention is always the same—to help the body soften, breathe, and deeply rest.

Today’s AquaVie Session was at a Waterfall!

What’s so special about this place is that I grew up going to this waterfall my whole life, it’s not far from my dad’s blueberry farm. We would always come here after picking in the hot weather.

Then I find out today my sweet client also grew up coming to these falls, a place to rinse off the salt from swimming at the beach during the day.

We both shared a moment of reminiscing our childhood and how special this place truly is.

The sound of the falls in the background, nice warm breeze in the trees and birds singing softly.

Our day could not of been so perfect.
We saw a sweet frog when we arrived-which is a good Celtic omen!

Aligned with warmth and rhythm of the water. Seeing my clients body move and rebalance her own natural wave pattern had me feeling so much gratitude for this beautiful work I am blessed to give.

There was no one there during our treatment then some young gentlemen arrived with guitars, they played softly for us and it was magical, then my sweet sister and her family arrived..she was able to snap this picture for us. I am so grateful 🤍

My heart is overflowing with gratitude.
I truly love what I do.
