📣 ANNOUNCEMENT!

Morning AND evening Outdoor Group Functional Circuit Strength Training classes will continue every Tuesday and Thursday through the end of September at Finkle’s Shore Park Pavilion!

☀️ Morning Class: 8:30–9:30 AM
🌙 Evening Class: 6:00–7:00 PM

Book one class - or as many as you want!

Booking is very flexible. Feel free to book any combination of morning and evening classes that works for your schedule. This is a great option for shift workers!

Space is limited, so booking ahead is always a great idea.

These aren’t your average group fitness classes!

Each class begins with a mobility, stability and balance warm-up, followed by two rounds of a timed functional strength circuit with 10–12 stations and one minute at each.

Equipment is provided, you move at your own pace, the music and vibes are great and every exercise can be modified for any fitness level!

These classes are also about community building, REAL human connection, practicing essential movements, spending time in nature, enjoying the fresh air, getting out of the house and out from behind those screens! 🌿

Just show up, move your body and leave feeling stronger, happier and more connected!

A daily 20-30 minute outdoor walk is one of the simple lifestyle practices we encourage our clients to turn into a habit.

But we also help people discover opportunities to move while doing the things they already enjoy.

Movement doesn’t always have to mean “working out.”

Park farther away.
Walk the golf course.
Take the stairs.
Play with your kids or grandkids.
Garden.
Dance.
Hike.
Move more throughout your day.
