Peter has spent more than 3 decades treating chronic pain using a light-touch, intuitive approach to myofascial release. With over 30,000 clinical hours, he’s also spent decades teaching anatomy and physiology to health care professionals. Since 2014, he’s run Stuart Therapies and Seminars, training practitioners in his methods.

His goal is simple: help patients find lasting relief through treatment that listens to the body instead of forcing it.

Outside the clinic, he’s a dedicated family man who loves playing music, cooking, and hiking with his dog.

As our Clinic Manager and Surgical Care Coordinator, she helps patients navigate every step of their pre and post-surgical journey. With a Business Administration diploma from NSCC, Medical Terminology training, and over a decade of customer service experience, she brings a thoughtful approach to patient care.

Her goal is simple: to help you leave every interaction feeling heard, understood, and taken care of.

Outside the clinic, she’s rarely without an iced shaken espresso (even in a Nova Scotia winter) and loves traveling with her family.
