Did you know there may be a connection between high blood pressure and recurrent vertigo episodes like BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)?

BPPV is one of the most common causes of dizziness and vertigo. It can make the room feel like it’s spinning when you roll in bed, look up, or bend down. While many people think it’s “just dizziness,” research is showing that booking with our naturopathic medicine team can help support cardiovascular health and blood pressure management, while our rehab team can screen for vertigo and discuss treatment options, as cardiovascular health — especially high blood pressure — may play a bigger role than we once thought.

A recent study found that people with hypertension may experience:
