POV: the face Daisy and I make when you don’t show up to your appointment.         
        
I absolutely HATE making these posts but unfortunately at one no show/late cancellation a day for the last week something has to be said.         
        
First of all, I want to start off that I do in fact worry about each and every single one of you when you don’t show up and don’t notify me, I do my best to reach out to make sure everything is okay but I don’t always get a response and my head always goes to the worst case scenario. I truly have developed a relationship with all of you and I think of all of the possible reasons you may not have made your appointment time and I do worry that everything is okay.         
        
Secondly, when you don’t show up, or late cancel. We all lose, I know you’ve been waiting for your treatment, I see a lot more people for pain relief or maintenance than I do relaxation. And it can be sometimes hard for me to book you back on within a reasonable time frame for your next appointment and that can be frustrating for you, and honestly it’s stressful for me too 😂        
        
Next, when you don’t show, that directly affects my pay, I mean directly. I am my own employer and I work my butt off to keep myself booked to help my contribution of my household. Sweet little Daisy needs dinner on the table, a good groom and vet bills covered too 🤍 And those of you who immediately offer to pay the no show cancellation fee I appreciate you all so much! It means the most when you understand 🤍        
        
Lastly, I look forward to seeing you guys! I look at my schedule everyday and get a little giddy when I see your names show up! I’m always so excited to catch up or see how much progress we’ve made since the last treatment!         
        
I always try to be as nice as I can I understand life happens and people forget, but to avoid owing extra at your next appointment please try your best to give me at least 24hrs notice, but I get it, things happen just communicate with me and I will do my best to accommodate you!
