If I told you, "Don't think of a pink elephant," what happened?

Your brain probably pictured one immediately.

That's exactly why so many people struggle to change, even when they know what they want.

I hear goals like these all the time:
• "I don't want to snack at night."
• "I don't want to yell at my kids."
• "I don't want to be so anxious."
• "I don't want to be broke."

The problem?

Your subconscious has to create a picture of what you *don't* want before it can even process the sentence.

And once that picture is there, it becomes the thing your mind keeps rehearsing.

In this live, I'm sharing a simple shift that can make your goals far more effective and help your brain work with you instead of against you.

If you've been trying to lose weight, quit smoking, stop overthinking, improve your relationships, or finally follow through on the changes you want to make, this is worth watching.

If it resonates, send me a DM or book a complimentary consultation. Together we'll uncover what's actually keeping you stuck and create a clear plan for moving forward.

The biggest misconception in personal development?

That if you just had enough discipline, you’d finally follow through.

I don’t believe that’s true.

Most of the people I work with are incredibly motivated. They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and know exactly what they “should” be doing.

They’re not missing information.

They’re missing an understanding of why they keep getting pulled back into the same patterns.

If you’ve ever thought, “I know what to do, so why can’t I just do it?” this post was for you.

Which slide hit you the hardest? Let me know in the comments. 👇

Do you ever walk away from a conversation and spend the next hour thinking...

"Why did I say that?"
"I should've responded differently."
"I wonder if I offended them."

You're not alone.

In today's live, we're talking about why so many women replay conversations, overanalyze every interaction, and struggle to let things go—and why it might not mean you're overthinking because you're broken.

💬 Tell me in the comments:

Do you replay conversations in your head after they happen?

Or are you more likely to overthink them before they even happen?
