Registration is open for All Access Afternoons!

Our new after-school program gives youth in Grade 7 through to the end of high school a fun place to get active, build friendships and learn about healthy living.

All 24 sessions are just $150, and scholarships are available.

Social Saturdays are BACK for Fall 2026 and we’ve packed the calendar with some pretty good ones. 🍂

We’re talking the Caledonia Fair, brunch + pumpkin picking, bowling & pizza, Christmas shopping and ornament decorating, and breakfast with Santa.

Come for one, come for a few, or make Saturdays your new favourite day of the week.
Social Saturdays are open to everyone. You do not have to attend Inclusions during the week to join us.

Last day of summer and we were NOT about to let it quietly sneak out the back door. 😂☀️

This summer was packed with adventures, swimming, field trips, laughs, new friendships, questionable dance moves, way too many snacks and a whole lot of memories.

We were sad to see all our friends going back to school so we handled that the only reasonable Inclusions way…

WE THREW A PARTY. 🎉

We got this message today from Miranda at Community Support, and yep… I’m sharing it because I’m proud.

Proud of our participants. Proud of our staff. Proud of the little community we’ve built around this program.

A neighbour took the time to call just to say how much she enjoys seeing our group out walking and how happy and uplifting they are to see.

We already know our people are pretty awesome, but I’m not going to pretend it doesn’t feel really good when someone else notices too.

So yes, I’m showing this one off a little. We’ve built something really special here, and I’m incredibly proud of it. 💛
