What if your health plan started with more than symptoms, assumptions, and a number on a scale?
A root-cause approach begins with understanding where you are today. That is why our initial assessment includes three diagnostic tools that provide objective insights into different areas of your health.
đź’šInBody 570 Body Composition Analysis
A scale tells you what you weigh. The InBody looks deeper, measuring muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, body water distribution, basal metabolic rate, and other body-composition markers. This gives us a clearer metabolic and structural baseline to track over time.
đź’šNerve Express Heart Rate Variability Assessment
Your body is constantly responding to stress and recovery. Nerve Express uses heart rate variability to provide insight into your autonomic nervous system, including your “fight or flight” and “rest and digest” responses.
This helps establish an objective picture of stress, recovery, and adaptation that can be considered alongside sleep, nutrition, exercise, and other clinical information.
đź’šVisual Contrast Sensitivity Testing
VCS measures your ability to distinguish subtle differences in contrast. It does not diagnose a specific disease or condition, but it provides another objective data point that your practitioner can interpret alongside your history, symptoms, and other findings.
Why do all three matter?
Because your health is multidimensional.
Rather than relying on symptoms alone, these assessments help us establish objective baselines, look for patterns, ask deeper questions, and determine where further investigation may be appropriate.
And because they can be repeated, we can objectively monitor changes as you progress.
This is what sets our approach apart: less guesswork, more meaningful information, and a personalized, preventative approach focused on understanding the bigger picture.
Your baseline is not a judgment of where you are. It is the starting point for understanding where you can go.
