Rain doesn't slow us down, it's just part of the job.

Tracks cleared at the end of every shift, ready to go the next morning. Pumps keep dewatering. Silt bags handle the sediment. Adapt and overcome.

Alberta's had its wettest summer on record and it hasn't stopped us yet. Mud today, progress tomorrow. That's the discipline.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Aaron Ste Goddard

Six years deep with EarthFix and Aaron's still one of the hardest working guys on site. Equipment operator, hand tool specialist, erosion control, grading, landscaping, doesn't matter what the job needs, he shows up and grinds.

Strong, and mostly silent, with no excuses. The kind of guy every erosion control and landscaping project needs on site, and we're lucky to have him on our crew.

Respect to Aaron for putting in the work, no matter what🤘
