Our Guided Breathwork sessions offer dedicated time to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect through intentional breathing. Led by an experienced facilitator, each session supports you in feeling more grounded, present, and restored. No previous experience is needed.⁠

Sessions include exclusive access to our Chakra Sauna, a space reserved for guided group breathwork and featuring all seven chakra stones to support your practice from beginning to end.⁠

You’ll also have access to individual change rooms, lockers, rinse showers, sauna towels, our signature Remedy Bar, and views overlooking Canada Olympic Park.⁠

Some days don't leave room for the full experience.

Our 45 minute Express Massage was created for those moments. Whether you're taking a break between meetings, recovering after a workout, or simply carving out a little time for yourself.

Available at both our South and West locations, choose from Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Relaxation, or Lymphatic Drainage massage. You’ll still enjoy aromatherapy, even when you're short on time.

Our 60 and 90 minute massages also include access to our sauna and steam facilities, a robe, and a Remedy Bar flight to enjoy after your treatment.

Because sometimes, 45 minutes is exactly what you need.
