Through a variety of yoga styles designed for all levels, we create and hold a space that invites people to connect with one another and an opportunity to be their authentic self. Our instructors encourage personal exploration, non-attachment to outcome and present moment awareness. We offer the Great Yoga Wall, Ashtanga Yoga, Flow Yoga, Yin/Yang Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Barre, Rollax, Warm Hips and H

amstrings, Warm Yin/Restorative, Yin Restorative with Nidra. All of which use a combination of movement and posture synchronized with the breath. Strength, flexibility, stamina and complete relaxation are developed along with balance and concentration. We believe in fostering the practice not only within the physical body but the heart, soul and mind as well. There are many free 2 hours spots available on side streets and we have $2 parking inside the indoor car lot located on 18th avenue on the side of the studio.

It’s the final Flow Before the Show of the summer at Quinterra Legacy Garden

The Prophets Of Music presents free outdoor yoga with one of your favourite Yoga Santosha teachers followed by live music.

This week, Soroush leads the flow — and he’s bringing his guitar along! Soroush is a dedicated yoga teacher whose practice is rooted in mindfulness, balance, and inner peace. Expect a calming practice to help you find presence and connection before kicking back to soak in the live music ahead.

This week’s musical guest is CELIN ♡ CELIN, a Calgary-based alternative pop and neo-soul artist whose music feels like golden hour — warm, unhurried, and good for the soul. With rich vocals and introspective songwriting, she explores themes of mental health, identity, and growth.

These events are FREE to attend and suitable for all experience levels. Just bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and a willingness to move, breathe, and enjoy a summer evening outdoors.

The Prophets Of Music presents free outdoor yoga with one of your favourite Yoga Santosha teachers and live music every Thursday throughout the summer at Quinterra Legacy Garden

This week, Sara Sadeghi leads the flow. Sara Sadeghi (Sarveshi Yoga) is a longtime yoga practitioner who approaches each class with humility, curiosity, and a love of learning. Expect a welcoming practice that will help you slow down and reconnect before settling in for an evening of live music.

This week’s musical guest is The Lovebullies Paul Jahn, Joni Brent, Chantal Vitalis and Caroline Connolly have been playing together for over a decade, bringing their vintage pop-rock vibe and high-octane stage show to the Calgary music scene. Expect honey-soaked lead vocals, electrifying guitar, raw and rambunctious bass and drums, on-point harmonies and a whole lot of fun.

Yoga Flow is Cancelled
The Music Show Goes On!

Due to the weather forecast, tonight’s Yoga Santosha class with Jasmine Noëlla Burton at Quinterra Legacy Garden is cancelled.

The good news? You can still catch Kate & the Comets tonight! Ironwood Stage & Grill has graciously opened its doors to host the band for two sets of soul, funk, and R&B.
