Today inside WISE BODY, women explored what happens when you stop abandoning yourself when life gets uncomfortable.
One woman realized how exhausting it is to constantly search outside of herself for reassurance, validation, connection, or clarity hoping something will finally make her feel okay inside.
Sadness surfaced for another as she gave the part of her attention that does not feel seen.
Conflict completely disconnected another woman from herself.
THIS is the somatic healing work we do inside the WISE BODY community.
This is NOT surface-level healing. It's also not endlessly intellectualizing your childhood while your nervous system is still hanging on by a thread in relationships.
WISE BODY is about rewiring your patterns so you can be the woman you want to be.

• healing attachment patterns so you stop looking to another to feel safe
• recognizing when people-pleasing makes you abandon your own emotions to take care of theirs
• regulating emotional overwhelm when someone else is tense or projecting onto you
