I’m a big dreamer obsessed with puppies, cats, chocolate, travel, and sunshine. I put my crystals out on a full moon and am happiest walking barefoot in nature. I believe EVERY WOMAN deserves the opportunity to achieve her FULLEST POTENTIAL and that our soul’s wisdom lies within the relationship we have with our mothers. My SUPERPOWER is helping women like YOU become the best version of themselves

while pursuing the kind of life they actually want! Life is too damn short! Seeing people SUCCEED whilst doing what they LOVE fires me up! We only have one life and heck, we need to LIVE it, with reckless abandon! That’s the version of life I am living and the one I want to help you live too!

Over the past little while, I’ve been a little quieter than usual.

The truth is, I’ve been taking some time to focus on my own healing.

As someone who spends so much of my life supporting others, I was reminded that healing isn’t something we simply teach—it’s something we must continue to choose for ourselves. Sometimes that means slowing down, creating space, and allowing ourselves the grace to rest, reflect, and simply be.

I am incredibly grateful for the amazing friends who have checked in, listened without judgement, made me laugh, shared a cup of tea (or a glass of wine!), walked beside me, and reminded me that I don’t have to do everything alone. Your kindness has meant more than you’ll ever know.

Healing isn’t linear. It isn’t always visible. But every small step forward is still progress.

There are some big shifts happening. Changes in direction. Extricating myself from things that no longer align with my own joy. It’s a process. One I coach but realize I seldom practice…

I’m beginning to feel hopeful, stronger, and more aligned with who I am becoming. And, as always, this journey only deepens my passion for helping other women reconnect with themselves and rediscover their own joy.

If you’re in a season where life feels heavy, please know this: it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to ask for support. And it’s okay to choose yourself 🥰

I was absolutely thrilled at how well my presentation was received yesterday at the AAN Conference!! Huge thank you to Michelle for keeping me reassured and encouraging me all the way in the front row!
And for all the messages wishing me luck!
I felt very loved and supported - and the audience!!!
Wow!!!
I was so blessed that they felt safe and held to share their experiences on the front lines.
This work is so necessary and my determination to make a difference is fired up even more than before (who knew that was possible?)

Angel Day magic in Calgary ✨

Today my heart feels so full being here at Angel Day alongside my incredible business partner Cindy Smith and my beautiful business mentee Tracy Morris — also known as The Crystal Arborist 🌿💎

There’s something so special about being in a space where energy, intention, and connection all come together. Watching Tracy share her stunning crystal trees (seriously… each one feels like a little piece of grounded magic) is one of those proud moments that reminds me why I love this work so much.

From co-creating with Cindy to witnessing Tracy step into her gifts so fully… this is what it’s all about. Community. Growth. Alignment. And a whole lot of soul ✨

Did that loooong straight drive from Calgary to Edmonton on the QE2 today. Getting blown all over the road reminded me of North Wales and the gales off the Irish Sea

Started out with bright blue skies and white fluffy clouds and sunshine and somewhere along the way it turned grey — no big moment, one of those quiet shifts you only notice if you’re paying attention.

And I was…

Had Ella Langley singing her heart out on repeat, coffee in hand, just cruising in no particular hurry

Felt like a good reminder that not everything has to be perfect to enjoy the moments

Sometimes it’s just about the drive, the music, and a little space to think…
