Ramsay. This is the neighbourhood we chose. Where a decommissioned train becomes a canvas, and a thermal spa finds its ideal home. Industrial grit, bohemian arts, Edwardian heritage, and the kind of creative energy that doesn’t need to announce itself.

Artist Bryan Faubert purchased this decommissioned C-Train from Calgary Transit, and transformed it into “YYC/LRT” — a public artwork, a retrofitted studio, a community hub, and one of the most compelling things to come out of a $1 investment in recent memory. We’re gifted with seeing Bryan’s work every day, right next door to our neighbours Nvrlnd.yyc.
