Disappointments and "shoulda coulda wouldas" take you into the past where you have NO power nor control. When your thoughts are predominantly stuck on these past events it's called "living in the past". Those thoughts can cause many to suffer in depression, worry and sadness.😥

The past is said and done. Continuously staying there and torturing yourself does NOTHING for you in the present moment nor for your future.🧏‍♀️

Optimism takes you into the NOW and into the FUTURE where ALL the POWER is.🔥🦸‍♀️

People who are living empowered, have inner peace and feel happy and joyful. These people are FOCUSED living in the PRESENT moment ENVISIONING and CREATING their future. They are NOT allowing outside distractions or environment to effect there inner a world.🧘‍♀️

They CHOOSE to be the creators of their reality.🙌💫
