Did you know that up to…

(Based off Surveys and psychological studies) that 89% of mothers feel immense pressure to be perfect.

This relentless drive often leads to anxiety, burnout and emotional exhaustion.

Have you ever heard of the saying…

“Perfection is the enemy of progress”

Well this is true. As a recovering perfectionist, I found myself procrastinating, delaying, and finding excuses to not just start.

If this is you, I see you.

This can be one of our survival patterns.

Worrying that we may not be good enough, or failing, or being told, “I told you so.”

What if I told you there’s a way to break this patterns - for good? Not only for yourself, also for the generations that come after you. 🙌🏼

Comment or DM Survival, and I’ll share my free strategy on how to do it.

This may shock you…

But yoga is a practice with whatever belief or faith you have. It doesn’t influence you to join a cult, or different religion.

It will feel closeness to your own spiritual beliefs.

If you disagree with this, I’d like for you to get curious on your experience with yoga.

What made you think it was a specific religion in the first place?

Perhaps it was the instructor that was projecting their own faith into the group?

I am curious if you agree with this or experienced something different. Share in the comments 🫶🏼

Do you ever wonder…

“What kind of woman I would be if I didn’t have children”?

I think about the things that I thought was “hard” before becoming a mom, and now I chuckle when I look back on how easy I had it.

Yet I wouldn’t trade the experience of being a mom for ANYTHING.

Tell me if you agree with this in the comments below…

✨ Motherhood pushes us past limitations we didn’t even know we had before

✨ Motherhood is like seeing a reflection of ourselves in our kids (good and bad *gulp*)

✨ Motherhood is not a full time job… it’s an over-time, over-flowing-time job. 😆 they are in our thoughts when we are with them, and away from them.

Share below which one, or all, that you agree with 🙌🏼

In their little mind, potty training can be terrifying… just as adults, anything new can feel uncomfortable.

Not knowing what happens next, or how it will feel.

Whenever I step into a stage in life, I try to look at it in a child like view.

Would I let this hold me back?

Or would it I approach it with excitement and curiosity?

… and even carry a plastic sword - just in case 😆

Have you ever felt stuck in anxiety, overwhelmed by motherhood, or lost yourself somewhere along the way - you’re not alone.
For years I struggled with anxiety. After having my three kids, I also experienced depression.
Outside it looked like I was managing. Inside I felt like I was constantly bracing for impact.
Deep down I knew I wasn’t living up to my full potential. But I had no idea how to bridge the gap between where I was & where I wanted to be.
I looked in the mirror & didn’t recognize the woman staring back at me.
It wasn’t just that I was 70 lbs heavier or relying on food, alcohol & distractions to cope. It was that I had lost my spark, my confidence & my sense of control.
Something had to change.
I started setting boundaries, making healthier choices & digging deeper into why I kept repeating the same self-sabotaging patterns. I became fascinated by the connection between the mind, body, emotions & the nervous system.
What I discovered changed everything.
Today, I host a podcast ranked in the top 9% globally & I help women who feel trapped in survival mode reconnect with themselves, build self-trust & create lasting change. Together, we uncover the patterns that fuel overwhelm, anxiety & disconnection so they can show up more calmly for themselves & the people they love.
Because I’ve been there.
I’ve cried in the shower wishing I could wash away the shame.
I’ve emotionally eaten & reached for alcohol after feeling like I wasn’t enough.
If you’re ready to stop surviving, start living with greater intention, resilience & self-trust, you’re in the right place. Comment “I’M IN” below and I’ll take it from there.
