I've been working on Me. 💚

I've hidden myself away where no one can really see me because I feel like people deserve the best version of me and so after some much needed time away, I'm feeling more like myself and should allow myself to enjoy more. This too I am still navigating. ♡

Happy Monday! New week, new day, and a new journey after FINALLY receiving my diagnosis.. after months of bloodwork I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, which answers so many questions that I have but also brings up many more questions for me.
I'm feeling relieved but also a little bit of grief as I continue to learn and grow through what I go through.

Hi 👋

I'm just checking in
I've been very busy with the day to day that I haven't kept up with my social media posts.

I have been meeting with a cool group of people. The program is called "Restoring Balance," and it is holistic healing through Fraser Health in the lower mainland, and that has been helpful for me.
We smudge, we check in, and I realize how much i have isolated myself in my troubles, and that doesn't help nobody! especially myself, a person who needs her village. And I also need to be a good villager. 🤗 This I am still learning.
I will be happy to let go of the PTSD and i apologize if I've ever overshared with you 🤣 My family has been seriously desensitized with the amount of things we've heard, seen, smelled or witnessed in the last 2 years. I will be speaking soon with a trauma informed counselor, and I hope to get a lot of it off of my chest.

Thus, the healing journey continues.. ❤️‍🩹
