Divine Alliance is a six-week women’s circle where connection meets healing, self-discovery, and the freedom to simply be yourself.

A small, intimate circle is taking shape, and there’s room for a few more women.

There’s a version of you underneath the mother, the partner, the daughter, the friend, the caregiver, the employee, the woman who holds everything together.

She’s still there.

Maybe she’s just been waiting for you to slow down long enough to hear her.

Divine Alliance is a small women’s circle created as a space to do exactly that — turn inward, reconnect with yourself, and explore your healing journey alongside other women.

Not a class. Not therapy. Not someone handing you a roadmap and telling you what you should do.

A space to be witnessed.
To laugh.
To share.
To reflect.
To release.
To remember.

I’m creating the very first six-week circle now, and I’m looking for a small group of women who feel genuinely called to be part of it.

If something in you feels curious, drawn in, or quietly says ā€œthis might be for me,ā€ send me a message. I’d love to tell you more. šŸ’›

What have you been up to lately?

They asked me what I've been up to lately and I didn’t know how to say, ā€œHealing generational trauma, current life trauma, slaying my inner demons, holding my inner child, expanding my nervous system out of survival mode, and becoming a literal unshakeable badass.ā€ So instead, I laughed it off and said, ā€œNot much, you?ā€ Because how do you explain to someone in a casual conversation that you’ve been doing the kind of inner work most people spend their whole lives avoiding? How do you casually mention that you’ve been pulling yourself out of survival mode, teaching yourself how to breathe again without fear, and giving your inner child the love, protection, and patience they never got?

The truth is, every day feels like a silent victory. I’ve been confronting wounds that were never mine to carry, releasing pain that was passed down through generations, and learning that strength isn’t about pretending everything’s fine—it’s about facing the darkness head-on and refusing to let it win. I’ve been unlearning the lies I was told, shedding identities that were forced on me, and discovering who I actually am underneath all the armor I built to survive.

It’s not the kind of update you can fit into small talk. It’s messy, exhausting, and overwhelming at times, but it’s also beautiful. I’m rebuilding my foundation from scratch, becoming someone softer yet stronger, someone who doesn’t just survive but thrives. So yeah, when they asked, I kept it simple. But the real answer is—I’ve been busy becoming the version of myself I used to only dream of.

Something beautiful is taking shape. If a women’s circle focused on healing, community, and reconnecting with yourself sounds like something you’d love to explore, send me a message with your email address. ā¤ļø
Space will be intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate. If there is enough interest, there will be more gatherings to come. šŸ’›

What if you have a threshold for how much happiness you allow yourself to feel?

Not because you don’t want to be happy, but because your nervous system has learned what feels safe and familiar.

Our limiting beliefs can create invisible boundaries around what we believe we’re allowed to experience.

Things like:

ā€œIt’s too good to be true.ā€
ā€œSomething bad will happen.ā€
ā€œI don’t deserve this.ā€
ā€œI shouldn’t get my hopes up.ā€

So when life begins to move beyond that familiar threshold—more love, success, peace, joy, visibility—we may unconsciously pull ourselves back toward what our nervous system recognizes.

Not because we’re broken.

Because our system is trying to protect us from the unfamiliar.

Sometimes healing isn’t about learning how to create happiness.

It’s about learning how to stay present when happiness arrives.

To gently teach your nervous system:

This is safe.
I am allowed to feel this.
I don’t have to shrink this moment.

Your threshold can expand.

And sometimes, the next level of healing isn’t becoming someone new…

It’s becoming safe enough to fully experience who you already are.
