You know those mornings when your eyes open and your brain has apparently already been awake for three hours planning, worrying and reviewing your entire to-do list? 🙃
Morning anxiety can feel like a rough way to start the day. Cortisol naturally rises in the morning, and that can easily cause your brain to get a little ahead of itself, anticipating everything that needs to happen.
A few small things can help make the morning feel more manageable. Try giving yourself 10–15 minutes before checking your phone, taking a few slow breaths before getting out of bed, or starting with one simple task. 🌳
And remember: an anxious morning doesn’t get to call dibs on the rest of your day.
Try one of these ideas, or another idea that feels good to you tomorrow morning. Don't expect perfection, just seek improvement. 💚
